    Course Overview

    What To Expect

    Module 0:
    Operational Readiness & Resilience

Module 0 is a non-mandatory parallel track to support mindset readiness as part of operational success in entrepreneurship.

    Module 1-3:
    Introduction to Entrepreneurship

Modules 1-3 are designed to develop the foundation of your entrepreneurial journey. Here you will explore the entrepreneurial landscape, evaluate your own potential, self-assess, and develop your business ideas through market opportunities.

    Module 4:
    Building a Business Model

Module 4 will show you how your business idea is designed to create, deliver, and capture value in a structured and intentional way before you move into deeper feasibility testing and full business planning. In this module, you will begin translating your concept into a clear value framework by identifying who your customer is, what problem you are solving, how you are different, and how revenue will realistically be generated.

    Module 5:
    Feasibility Testing

Module 5 is where you take the business idea and business model you have built so far and start pressure testing it in the real world. This module is designed to critically assess whether your concept is truly viable, not just in theory, but in practice. You will move beyond assumptions and begin validating the key parts of your idea through research, customer feedback, competitive insight, and early testing.
